This public PicPlots page is the web account-deletion path linked from Google Play. Account deletion is also available inside the iOS and Android apps.
Manage store billing separately, then verify your account to delete it and its public PicPlots content. Contact support if you cannot sign in.
Delete your PicPlots account and data
Deleting your PicPlots account does not cancel a store subscription or stop future store billing. If you have one, cancel it separately in the store that billed you before continuing.
- Enter the email for your PicPlots account below and select Send sign-in code.
- Enter the 8-digit code sent to that email.
- Under Privacy & account, select Delete account and content, then type DELETE PICPLOTS exactly.
Deletion cancels active subscriptions billed directly by PicPlots through Stripe and removes the account sign-in, public profile data, dream descriptions, dream links, public photos, placements, blocks, and notifications associated with the account. It does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage that separately with the store that billed you.

Your store subscription
Store billing is separate from your PicPlots account. Deleting PicPlots does not cancel a store subscription, stop its renewal, or request a refund.

Open Stripe’s secure customer portal to see invoices, update your payment method, or cancel a Regular Plot or Featured Top 12 subscription bought directly on the PicPlots website.

Resetting hidden content affects only this device. Deleting your account cancels active subscriptions billed directly through PicPlots and Stripe, removes your public dream posts and placements, and deletes your PicPlots sign-in. Store-billed subscriptions remain provider-managed. Required payment, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

- Regular Plots are $1.99/month. Featured Top 12 positions are $99/month.
- Cancel anytime. The dream post is removed when its paid access ends, making the plot available again.
- If sign-in or the portal is unavailable, reach support via the Contact page with the checkout email and plot coordinates.

For cancellation or refund controls, use the store account that billed the purchase. PicPlots support can investigate an entitlement problem but cannot represent an account deletion as a store cancellation.
