DMCA Policy

Effective July 19, 2026 · Last updated July 19, 2026

Copyright complaints about photos on the public board can be sent to the published support address below.

The short version

PicPlots displays photos uploaded by the people who buy spots. If a photo on the board infringes your copyright, tell us and we'll take it down. Buyers agree in the terms that they own or have the rights to everything they upload.

How to file a takedown notice

Email support@niroaerial.com with the subject line "DMCA takedown" and include:

Counter-notices

If your photo was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email the same address with a counter-notice: identify the removed photo and its location, state under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, include your name, address, and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of your federal district court (or ours, if you're outside the US), and sign it. If the complaining party doesn't notify us of a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the photo.

Repeat infringers

We release the spots of accounts that repeatedly infringe. Spots released for infringement are handled under the refund policy's content-removal rules.
