What PicPlots is
PicPlots is a public numbered photo board. An active subscription lets you display one approved photo, a label, and an optional link at the standard spot or Featured Top 12 rank you selected.
PicPlots does not currently offer a prize drawing or sweepstakes. A purchase does not enter you into a drawing or promise any prize or charitable contribution.
Subscriptions and billing
- A standard spot is $1.99 per month. It covers one photo in one 10×10 numbered board cell.
- A Featured Top 12 spot is $99.00 per month. It covers one photo at the selected rank in the Featured Top 12 section.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method shown at checkout for each renewal. You can cancel future renewals through Manage Account; access normally continues through the paid billing period and the spot is then released.
- Payment is handled by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
- A temporary reservation does not become an active placement until payment succeeds. Availability is checked again before checkout. PicPlots does not silently move you to a different spot.
- Prices and renewal terms are shown again before payment. Taxes, if required, may be added at checkout.
What you get
- Your approved photo, chosen label, and optional link are shown publicly at your selected location while the related subscription remains active.
- Placement does not guarantee a particular number of views, clicks, sales, ranking, or business result.
Content rules
Keep it legal and honest. Photos, labels, and links must not contain or point to anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or malicious (including malware, phishing, or scams). You must own the content or have permission to use it. Only http/https links are accepted. We may reject or remove content and may suspend a placement or account that breaks these rules. Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give PicPlots a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and moderate PicPlots. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal-retention periods.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect access to your email account, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to purchase or list a spot. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Marketplace sales
If the web marketplace is available, a listing price is a separate one-time payment to the seller, less the displayed platform fee. The buyer must also start the normal monthly subscription to keep the transferred placement active. Listings, seller payouts, and transfers remain subject to payment verification and fraud checks.
The honest caveats
- The service is provided as-is. We work to keep the board online, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability.
- We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
